Mr. Keith Kangaroo
Mr. Keith Kangaroo is Ol' Gum Gully’s resident fitness fanatic and personal trainer, known for bringing a mix of discipline and easygoing charm.
A dawn run or a few rounds with the punching bag usually gets his day started. Keith likes to lead by example and takes his training seriously.
When the day winds down, you’ll find him at the grill, cooking up his famous vegetarian barbie as the sky melts into gold. Keith loves nothing more than gathering his mates for a hearty feed, good laughs and relaxed conversation after a day of activity.
He might be a powerhouse in the ring, but around the BBQ Keith is all heart. His warm spirit sets the tone for the whole Kangaroo mob, who are just as energetic and community-minded as he is.
Mrs. Kim Kangaroo
Mrs. Kim Kangaroo is a calm and thoughtful presence in Ol Gum Gully. While Keith brings the energy, Kim brings balance — helping keep the Kangaroo mob steady with quiet strength, gentle encouragement and caring love.
Kim teaches yoga classes in Ol' Gum Gully and loves helping Bushies find a little balance in their busy lives. She understands that no two days are ever quite the same and believes in adapting to life’s challenges with patience and grace.
Kim has a way of making others feel supported and understood. Whether she’s helping her family through a tough day or offering thoughtful advice to a fellow Bushie, Kim shows that strength can often be found in calmness.
Master. Joey James Kangaroo
Joey James Kangaroo looks up to his Dad more than anything, hoping one day to grow into the same big-hearted role model.
For now, Joey is a fun-loving free spirit… disciplined when he needs to be, yet always ready for a laugh or a new challenge.
Often you'll find him practicing taekwondo, where his training has taught him respect and perseverance. Joey also loves kicking a footy, learning new yo-yo tricks or racing through Ol' Gum Gully on his BMX with his mates Raffy and Willy.
Joey’s mix of determination and joyful energy makes him one of the most endearing youngsters in the community.
Miss. Kai Kangaroo
Kai Kangaroo is the youngest member of the Kangaroo mob and one of the sweetest little faces in Ol' Gum Gully.
Naturally bashful, Kai sometimes takes a while to warm up to new faces and places. But behind her quiet smile sits a curious little Roo.
Kai loves noticing the tiny wonders hidden throughout the bush. Whether it’s a flower peeking through the grass, a beetle crawling nearby or a friendly neighbour stopping by to say hello, she’s always watching and quietly taking it in.
New situations can still make her nervous, but Kai is learning to be brave in her own way. With her family close by, each small step gives her a little more confidence for the next one.
