Mr. Kevin Koala
Mr. Kevin Koala is one of Ol' Gum Gully's great creatures of habit.
Most mornings begin the same way... perched comfortably in his favourite gum tree with a warm mug of bush tea in one paw and the Gum Gully Gazette in the other. More often than not, the newspaper slowly droops as Kevin drifts into one of his famous naps.
A little dorky and absent-minded at times, Kevin has a habit of missing obvious things happening right around him. Yet when it matters, he's a wise and thoughtful Bushie who usually knows the right thing to do.
Though he enjoys life at a slower pace, Kevin keeps a watchful eye over his family... especially young Colin, whose latest adventures usually leave him equal parts worried and amused.
Mrs. Kate Koala
Mrs. Kate Koala is a Bushie who lights up a space simply by being there.
Warm and beautiful, she has a gentle way about her that instantly puts others at ease. Whether it’s a welcoming smile, kind words or a helping paw, Kate knowshow to make everyone feel special.
Hard work never frightens Kate. Between keeping family life humming along and looking after those around her, she still finds time for one of her favourite places in the world ... her garden. Among the native plants, she finds a little peace and joy at the end of a busy day.
Her thoughtful and courteous nature leaves a lasting impression. Kate pays attention to the small things - checking in, lending a hand and making time for others.
Master Colin Koala
Colin Koala is a cheeky young Bushie... a playful little lad who always seems to find himself just a whisker away from mischief.
His dad Kevin, is forever keeping an eye out…though even he can’t help smiling when Colin’s latest escapade ends in laughter rather than disaster.
Colin and his best mate, Gary are a lively duo known for causing harmless havoc among the old gum trees, bringing a whirlwind of fun wherever they are. Their antics are legendary and most of the Bushies have learned to listen for warning giggles before the chaos begins.
For all his cheek, Colin is a kind little koala who means well. Mischief may follow him like a shadow, but so does his charm … making him one of the most lovable kids in Ol' Gum Gully.
Miss. Keiko Koala
Keiko Koala is still one of the smallest Bushies in Ol' Gum Gully, but it hasn't stopped her trying to investigate everything in it.
Wide-eyed, she seems determined not to miss a thing. Peeking from behind tree branches, reaching for something just out of sight or wobbling off towards her next little discovery, Keiko is rarely short of something to inspect. Bushies have learned to keep a close eye on her, because curious little paws often lead her into unexpected places.
Young and full of wonder, Keiko is taking in as much of the world as she possibly can. She brings smiles wherever she goes and all Bushies agree she’s impossible not to adore.
